  • Founding partner of Abalada Matos, Moraes Cardoso e Associados, Sociedade de Advogados, RL (2015).
  • Founding partner of Abalada Matos, Lorena de Sèves & Associados, Sociedade de Advogados, RL, practising mostly in public administrative law, land-use planning and urbanism, environment, real estate and private property law (2000-2015).
  • Deputy and adviser to several members of the Government in land-use planning, environment, urbanism and local administration.
  • Speaker and lecturer within the scope of training initiatives, seminars and conferences, on land-use planning, urbanism and environment, areas which also comprise publications.
  • Participation in many legislative procedures in land-use planning and urbanism, environment and tourism.
  • Registered with the Bar Association since 1990.
